Before submitting your application, make sure you have included the correct documentation and fees.
Check the voluntary registration specific criteria to check that you've covered everything in your application.
Be sure you have a valid title to the land you wish to register, otherwise someone who does hold a valid title may challenge your registered title.

What happens next
We’ll email the person who submitted the application to confirm that we’ve received it.
We’ll process your application as quickly as possible. Some applications will take us longer than others, depending on their complexity, but no application should take more than six months.
As long as your application meets the requirements for registration, we will add your title to the land register. When your registration is complete, we’ll email your title sheet in PDF format to the person who submitted the application.
