AIB Finance Limited became vested in AIB Group Northern Ireland PLC.

Allied Irish Banks PLC, AIB Capital Markets PLC and AIB Finance Limited became vested in AIB Group Northern Ireland PLC.

AIB Group Northern Ireland PLC changed its name to AIB Group (UK).
